Back pain causes a lot of inconvenience and hindrance to the normal life of a person. There are a number of causes of back pain, but the two most common causes associated with CD / DVD discs are injuries and degenerative disc. Disc degeneration leads to water content loss narrows, the gap between two vertebrae. This can cause a pinching of the nerves and subsequent pain. Clash discs are usually confused with broken discs. While the former condition is normal, and the later condition can have serious consequences.
